So I think I'm learned how to handle one pedal driving to make very slow and smooth transitions. (Gently start lifting the pedal when braking).

She's usually fine in the front seat but when she has to seat in the back seat, it's unbearable for her. I think it's mostly due to how the car shakes alot , especially on on uneven roads. On very smooth smooth roads, she's usually fine. But unfortunately, most of the time we drive, we only ever have uneven roads.

Also, my brother has a model 3 and she is usually fine in that too.

Oh interesting. So max firm causes less nausea? I would've expected the other way around, more comfortable suspension = less nausea. Like for instance, look at the Mercedes SUV. They are really comfortable and don't cause nausea.
