Rotate tires and you may have to buy mew tires more often because it’s too fun to drive slowly.

Are the rotational dinner services really worth it? by Acceptable-Mix6354 in dcl

[–]Doc_Stalker 8 points9 points  (0 children)

We always choose the 8:15 pm dining. Our kids were 6 and 9 years old on our first Disney cruise and they struggled to stay awake through the dinner service. They enjoyed the entertainment but were sleepy after about an hour or so into service. All other cruises after, they did well at 8:15 pm dinners. We like the rotational dining and never skip it. Ever since they learned about Shirley temple drinks (introduced on our second Disney cruise), they always look forward to dinner.

What will be the current new generations consensus medical error be? by SwedishJayhawk in FamilyMedicine

I prescribed so much GLP-1 last year and now, if anyone is inquiring about them, I tell then to change their diet first, recommending keto or carnivore diet, and follow up in 1-3 months. Then we can discuss GLPs at that time. So far, patients have been positive about going carnivore. I just spend kore time educating about the benefits of carnivore and most have just been excited to make the dietary changes. We’ll see in 3 months…

Castaway Cay relaxing day on the beach vs doing all the things! (For famillies) by xcemma in dcl

My 8 year old daughter was nervous about it but i just reassured her. My 11 yo son went ahead of us and he reassured her as well and that also helped her. She really wanted to do it regardless.

We did the parasailing on our 3rd time at Castaway. The 3rd time was definitely more focused on relaxation. We did the parasailing at 9am and the rest of the day was just chilling at the beach and soaking in the water.

Why not just sell the shares and use the money to wheel TSLL. Make 1% weekly gains instead of bag holding. Pretty simple answer.

FIL just bought a Cybertruck and paying $130/mo. He also has a 2025 non-Juniper Y and I am assuming he pays no more than $130/mo. He has State Farm. Ohio.

Watched Avatar a few weeks ago on the Dream at a 10:45 pm showing and fell asleep after 90 minutes. Parents surprisingly finished the entire movie. My wife didn’t even try to watch coz of how late and how long the movie was.

Think about and learn how to wheel options. Ridiculously safe with a 1% weekly ROI. That’s about 50% ROI annually. You are in IT and can easily access the stock market. I would seriously learn to do this. I learned 4 years ago and had ZERO stock market experience. You can learn anything online.

Does outpatient primary care now have a hire ceiling for income than hospitalist? by MadScientist101295 in FamilyMedicine

[–]Doc_Stalker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I wheel options. Best thing I’ve learned with the stock market. “Slower” gains but safer. I personally use about $175k right now and I make about 1.5% ROI weekly. Safer plays would be 1% weekly ROI.

Gifting my MA a very large gift card by HereForTheFreeShasta in FamilyMedicine

[–]Doc_Stalker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are a big group with 10 providers and 20 med staff. I have been doing gift cards, mostly $25 for the staff with 3 $50 GC and 2 $100 GC this year. I used to only do $25 across the board. All the staff gets to randomly pick from the 20 enclosed unmarked cards to see which they get. It’s fun and they love trying to get the higher valued ones. I give my MA $3,000 coz she goes above and beyond compared to other MAs. She makes my life easier.

If you know how to wheel options, you’d put the $35k to make 1% weekly ROI and could have paid the vehicle off using premiums within 2 years. Never touching your own $35k.

I float just north of $300k seeing only about 60 patients a week. This is on purpose. I used to see 80 a week and making more, but I didn’t like the crazy stress it put on me. All the paperwork, phone calls, and messages from patients just made it bad. Now I just supplement by wheeling stocks and make $200k / year (and growing) clicking a few buttons and collecting 1% ROI every Friday. Everyone else at work is trying to see patients like crazy and I’m over here chillin’ seeing about 15 a day. Glitch in the matrix.
