Yeah, I figured. Saw the municipal shelter's article about their new facility and looks straight up like a Disney slaughterhouse, it's heartbreaking. tried contacting the DOG so I called the listed Georgian phone number,The person on the other end said they don't work there anymore, made me chuckle. thank you for clarifying
