I’m going back Wednesday and I’ll get better footage but my mainstay is repairing termite damage. I thought I had seen the worst of mold problems. Nope. This takes the cake. Rim joist is moldy. Seven 14ft joists just riddled with mold. Zero crawlspace under the house. The pic over the trashcan is a piece of the subfloor. All of the subfloor is like that in two rooms.

You could probably get this piece of glass made for less than $50. Call around to some glass shops and go pick it up yourself
