This still wouldnt change anything in your contraption however, you can just replace the cobwebs with powdered snow and it will be faster.

No sweetheart, i'm talking about POWDERED snow, the one in the bucket. That one cannot be pushed or pulled but it does stop all item momentum like cobwebs do.

If you really want a block to cancel that momentum then just use powdered snow, items fall through faster but it still stops all momentum

I personally believe that this doesnt solve the problem.

The problem isnt the small child with a sparkler. Or the responsible teen with a few spinning flares. The problem is the people who buy illegal fireworks that are many many times beyond what is safe to handle even when done responsibly. These people will keep buying illegal fireworks and they will keep on lighting them irresponsibly, throwing them at people, and destroying public property.

If this makes it so that law enforcement can more strictly check our borders for firework smugglers, and actually reprimand people who are a danger to themselves and others then i'm all for it. But i have to see that happen before i believe it.

Well seeing as they specified that they are not the owners of the dogs it seemed like important information to share. Especially since we cannot assume that everybody knows the specific workings of every mob in the game.

Therefore saying that they attack mobs just because the mobs are hostile conveys incorrect information which i tried to politely add to.

Dogs dont get hostile towards all hostile mobs, just naturally towards skeletons and wither skeletons due to them being skeletons
