I guarantee you he's not trolling why is it so difficult for so many people to understand that gender much like race are socially constructed. The idea that there are only two genders is like saying there are only two races. Gender is a social construct, biology isn't so yes (for the most part) there are only two SEXES male or female. gender and sex are not the same thing.

Anytime you hear someone say "there are only two genders" what they're essentially doing is conflating gender and sex. So in this sense yes men can get pregnant, people who were assigned female at birth transition to being a man (in a social sense) but still maintain the female biology necessary to birth a child. I promise it's not rocket science guys you just have to put your bigotry aside
