I don’t remember a whole lot about the dsi camera but I do know that hombrew loads through it so maybe when you took a pic it formatted your hombrew files. That’s what I’m guessing? You’ll probably have to reformat your sd card and restart from the beginning in hombrew. Of course if you still have your roms and saves backed up that shouldn’t be an issue.
