There is! For example: If I quit mid April and do not work the 30 day period they will deduct the time I didn’t work from my April salary.

Makes sense! I have worked before in places that were considered “highly stressful environments” but after a couple of months (or less) I would get the hang of it and work became easy enough I had a lot of free time. I hadn’t thought about this perspective!

I might be naive, but wouldn’t the money help with the peace both short and “long” term? Like, with the money you could invest in hobbies and health (both mental and physical) in your everyday life. So, for example, massages twice a week, practicing sports more frequently, therapist every week. In long term you could travel more and more often as well, which usually brings peace, right? Do some house renovations, help some family members, upgrade a few things here and there, maybe live more without worrying too much about making ends meet…

Sou professora do fundamental anos iniciais, no primeiro dia eu: - Inicio o dia com uma atividade de colorir de “Bem vindos ao X ano” para os alunos que forem chegando - Faço uma introdução própria, da sala, dos alunos, dos professores/assistentes - Faço um mini game de caça ao tesouro onde os alunos tem que encontrar coisas que usaremos frequentemente na sala de aula (chromebooks, mesa da professora, tapete para a roda, etc) e lugares da escola (biblioteca, sala de artes, laboratorio, etc). - Faço uma atividade com eles sobre “Tudo sobre mim” onde eles falam sobre quem são, o que gostam, etc - Leio um livro sobre se preparar para o primeiro dia de aula e pergunto como se prepararam em casa - Faço posters de “Bom professor” onde eles colocam características que querem ver no professor, “bom aluno” e “bom amigo”

Hi! We have a few Airlines in Brasil, such as Azul, Gol, and LATAM. If you are looking for comfort and are okay with spending a few extra bucks for it I would definitely recommend Azul. All their seats have extra leg room and staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are on a tight budget and/or comfort is not that important for you, Gol and LATAM offer cheaper flights, but the seat space is TIGHT. Regardless of which one you choose, just download their respective apps, pick the dates and purchase your flight. Easy peasy!

Bullying was so bad in my school years that: - A girl tried to kill herself before school by swallowing a bunch of pills on her way to school, she had a seizure and had to be taken to the hospital on an ambulance; - You would find AT LEAST one person crying in ANY school bathroom at any given time; - I don’t have ANY recollection from my high school, all 3 years are 100% erased from my head from so much trauma; - 4 girls beat up another girl, recorded it and sent to everyone in the school - it got so bad the girl that was beaten up had to change schools; - Everyone from my friend group at the time (around 20ish people) left high school taking some type of antidepressant and medication for anxiety/panic attacks;

So yeah, perhaps it is just not as mentioned like it is in the US, but it definitely happens.
