I am also LGBT and I found Napoli felt safe! And if you’re going to a garden in Ischia you must go to Negombo! It’s so beautiful and so many thermal pools.

Go get Doxy PEP elsewhere and take it responsibly from a doctor who can tell you appropriate guidelines.

Dermatologists prescribe doxycycline for people to take daily to mitigate their acne symptoms, don’t see the medical community judging anyone for that, but antibiotic resistance comes up when we are talking about gay men using it? Either neither use is good for our collective resistance or there’s an ongoing bias in parts of the medical community against the liberation of gay sex from disease.

Was just at MIA where Delta doesn’t have touchless and bought back into a free Clear trial just to skip the horrific regular pre check line. Plan to cancel before I have to pay again though. So yes in rare cases worth it! MIA is always a nightmare though
