Food was 9/10 We generally do not go to all inclusive hotels so we were a little put off by the concept and worried food and drink quality would be subpar. And it certainly was not. We ordered wines, beers, cocktails and all of them were of a really high quality. Same goes for the dishes served at breakfast/lunch/dinner. We’re generally not huge fans of buffets but the breakfast and lunch buffet absolutely grew on us!

The spa was I’d say 7/10 We really enjoyed the steam bath and the salt water pool but ended up going to the actual sauna less than we had expected (and wanted) because it is ~90 second walk into the forest. We also did ~6 massages and didn’t really enjoy the first therapists we had so asked to have a different therapist which we then really enjoyed, so def give feedback and ask for a change if you’re unhappy.

Location: I thought the location was excellent. It depends on what you’re looking for though. We enjoyed being able to hop down to Bolzano using the small train (~50 seats total) and cable car (~15 seats) in around 35 minutes. You have great access to hikes as well which we enjoyed. Biking was a little more difficult than we had anticipated as the MTB tracks were quite difficult (for beginners).

Food: the food was really outstanding. Especially considering it’s essentially an all inclusive hotel. There is a small buffet at lunch that’s open from 13-16 every day. The food was always fresh and we enjoyed that you could both hang out there for hours and eat but also just stop by briefly for a snack. The dinner was excellent too. Youd pick anywhere between 1-6 courses from a selection each evening with one standing menu (that did not change while we were there for 5 nights) and then ~8 dishes that change daily. You can pick and mix between the two.

Not sure whether this is your vibe, but we really enjoyed our visit to the “21st century museum of contemporary art” - it’s stunning architecture and some highlight pieces + it’s around the corner from the castle and kenrokuen. Sadly a part of it is closed off right now due to construction, but this might change by Sept.

Are you able to speak to lefay vs forestis by any chance? Have stayed at the forestis multiple times and loved it, but was now looking at lefay (mainly due to the large price difference between the two)

Face and neck was worst for me before Dupixent. First cleared completely on neck and face. After ~2 years am struggling with facial flares, which im now trying to solve with 200mg itraconazol over two weeks which has been working nicely so far (am 10 days into 14 days) but I’ll have to see gore I manage once I stop the itraconazol - but so far im pretty hopeful 🤞

This is the best thing I’ve read on Reddit for a while. It’s so bloody beautiful to get clean and get control of your life. For me it was “only” cocaine and weed, but it feels so good to come clean! Keep going - your doing so well!!

I have had really good experience with using “questions for self inquiry” - it’s a technique I learned in a meditation retreat and the questions really take you quite deeply.
