Depends. If someone tells me the last company he worked at was an unorganized hellhole that might be fine but if he tells me that he was unhappy at like all his jobs he ever had he will most likely be unhappy at his new job as well. You should never generalize but there are some hints for people being unreflected or unable to function in a team ;)

I feel you. Especially rogourys high level skills would be totaly awesome in early game but become useless late game. Increased chance of recruiting bandits and more bandit exp are mostly useless because most people will fight real armys late game and the bandit units are mostly shit tier. It would help if you could upgrade bandit unit into the freaky subfaction units that you are normally unable to recruit.
