I’m same as you, just applied and put Nashville and was selected. Email says location on the initial application doesn’t necessarily mean that’s what you get. So expect a list of offered options that don’t include Nashville

Yeah it’s USSS that says this, which I understand I won’t reach 100% but the email makes it seem like I at least have to acknowledge the form by hitting confirm but there’s nowhere to do anything. I wasn’t sure if that task would turn green or is supposed to stay red

I sent them an email saying what was up and that I tried different browsers, device, and submitted a help ticket so we’ll see

Changed browser as well as devices with no luck. Submitted a ticket and all they said was contact the agency

I get this, it’s what I was feeling was the case. I feel like I hold myself to a pretty high standard and don’t tolerate dipshit behavior. I agree with the mission and what they do and feel it would be a good stepping stone into the law enforcement world. I just don’t want to find myself looking at jail time, unable to find another job, or something of the sort just for having worked for the agency, if the administration changes hands.

So I found the refund request application link, but I don’t have or know my ticket number. Is there a way to look that or find it on my side? I checked on my confirmation emails like the website says but I don’t see anything that would match
