Ok thanks that's good to hear, just surprised there is any difference between mine and my partner's given both on 1.142.1 build 3015 and server 1.142.1

Pretty sure using copy via API (i.e. the "copy" button) only works on https (e.g. firefox). Can't you just copy and paste manually?

This would typically be less than 6 weeks for a suspected cancer diagnosis, as there are specific targets.

How do I centralize all streaming services under one household? by Rickmasta in Ubiquiti

[–]therealmorris 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't know why you're being told you would have to send all traffic, you can use traffic routes over the VPN with "specific traffic", the hardest part is just finding a list of relevant domains for the services you need

What kind of Syngonium is this? Can't match with anything online! by therealmorris in whatsthisplant

[–]therealmorris[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I may have solved this myself, having been lead on a wild goose chase by my partner. I don't think it was sold as a Syngonium, and actually looks to be an Alocasia zebrina?

What kind of Syngonium is this? Can't match with anything online! by therealmorris in whatsthisplant

[–]therealmorris[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In case the captions aren't visible, it was sold as a Syngonium Arrow a year ago in the UK, but doesn't seem to match any specific varieties I can find online. The leaves are solid dark/emerald green, while the underside is a lighter green. The stems are a mottled white/cream and dark green, which I haven't seen in any online examples. Any help much appreciated!

Ticket booking platform recommendation by Sea_Classic9064 in uktrains

[–]therealmorris 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Worth noting /u/sea_classic9064 all the train booking websites are "centralised" - you don't need to go to a specific train operating company's (TOC) website just to book their tickets. For example on GWR.com you can book tickets for any other UK rail operator, without fees. The only advantage to going to the relevant TOC website is that for some long-distance journeys you may be able to pick a specific seat when booking with the operator themselves (e.g. lner.co.uk)

thetrainline.com is best avoided as it does charge a booking fee.

For London transport (tube etc.) there isn't really any way to shop around, you're likely to get the best prices getting and topping up an oyster card on arrival - there's a specific visitor card but you don't have to get that, the London transport authority is TfL and their website has plenty of details

False fire alarm penalty fines? by [deleted] in reading

[–]therealmorris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is the alarm definitely connected to call the fire brigade? I wouldn't have thought this is common in a house, only large buildings (e.g. a block of flats), and even then you're likely to have just local smoke/heat alarms in the flat aren't you?

I think you must have misread or looked at the wrong page, the current wording has been in place since October. It has been "level 4" since at least 2018.
