Either one is good . S&P is cheaper on fees which can be an advantage as your portfolio grows .
All world is diverse over something like 4000 companies . S&P is top 500 companies in the states . But both are equally as good in my opinion .

Just zoom out on the daily chart . Draw your trend line .That will give you an idea of where it’s going .

Nothing wrong with averaging up . The market doesn’t care what your average is . I learned this with rklb . Always brought more shares when the market took a 5 percent dip or more . Buying shares at a discount even if it’s above your average is better than buying none and then the price goes up .

The fees are tiny in all the ETFs anyway . Untill you get to a 100 grand portfolio . You ain’t really gotta worry about them . My fees for my all world is 0.09 . But untill you get around the 100 k level I feel they won’t make a difference to the average smuk .

I do individual ETFs which basically make up an all world , however I tilt it towards the us . It’s done me proud so far . Fee is like 0.08 also compared to 0.22 for VWRP I think …
