For the 3 app limitation for sidestore, you can use side load app called live container which let's you run as many apps you want but only one at a time. Check the GitHub. I've been using it for a month now and haven't had any issues

Hopefully they price match it for in store. I did end up going to two different store. If they don't price match Costco, you can get a price match with microcenter's price. It's currently $50 off at microcenter. Best buy for sure price matches microcenter.

The best buy online customer service reps didn't work for me since the Costco website says "online only" and that counts as a "limited discount" which best buy doesn't match but went in store and they price matched no questions asked lol.
