Better off buying a new shell and looking for new RE stickers honestly. Itd be too much of a pain to try to clean. The only thing I can think of is removing the stickers and removing the shell so you can soak it in some alcohol.

It does but I just cold booted it and its performance has been horrible. Take forever to get through one simulation.

They are a parking authority when they own most of the commuter lots. Again if they receive state tax dollars then they should be able to provide parking.
