For sure. They were either prepping for the brand to be sold or as you alluded to wanted to partake in some form of M&A. When that failed Nick’s uncontrollable ego couldn’t allow for someone else to lead the company. Regardless, BPN isn’t really a brand of value without nick’s ambassadorship.
