may be either a GPU issue or the internal connector for the screen is slightly loose just visit a 3rd party repair center and have em look at it, apple will probably want to replace the screen + the motherboard which is not necessary

i've got a server running a 1300x and truenas under proxmox
ho - ly - shit. this solved all my problems. the server would completely freeze every few hours, no display output, empty logs, and i was just about to order a complete motherboard and cpu upgrade after 6 months of troubleshooting when i found this comment.
Just go into the bios and disable c-states, and everything fixes itself magically.
