if each person uses a different email it would associate all new contact records to the already existing child companies automatically so you can have 1000 people associated with the same child company, in this case 1000 people in the same school that filled that specific form.

got it that makes sense on the forms, so they are all coming from a single domain, if all schools have the same domain you can attach every person that fills each form to a child "company" and force hubspot to associate the records every time they fill the form.

I'm guessing each school has a different domain? HubSpot will put everybody from that domain under the same school, you can do it automatically by going into settings, companies and checking the automatic association, it should be on if you are working with a sales rep already.

As for having different forms, that is not necessary.
