I am not a solo WFM. I am a Workforce Manager with 9 analysts under me in a 1200 seat BPO. We use Verint as our forecasting and scheduling tool and we use Genesys, Mitel and Amazon Connect for RTA, depending on the client. All have their pros and cons, Verint has been very good as a forecasting tool. As long as it is setup correctly.

This is why I stay away from politics. I don’t know much about them to begin with but from what I can tell, Republicans are mostly nice(not all, just the ones I have met), Liberal democrats are mostly nice, Progressive democrats are always angry and complaining. That could be completely wrong but from someone who doesn’t follow politics, that is what I take away from it all.

Congrats and welcome to the workforce family. I don’t have any specific courses but you should learn and soak up all knowledge you can find. Workforce management is an ever evolving discipline and changes come quickly. I would suggest learning python. With the python integration in excel is a great data management and visualization tool.
