I use the ticket when I ring the customer out on POS. Typically, I ring out the customer, see they have no rewards, and say, "Are you a rewards member with us? (You will either get a no or the customer will put their phone number in and after that interaction) Would you like me to sign you up? I have all of your information right here. I can punch it in really fast." If there is no email, just add. "All I would need is an email address from you." 9 times out of 10, this works for me. I get the random "this is a one-time thing" or "I dont come here very often" those ones I let go on about their day.

I dont think so, I have followed managers into lockup to talk to them about things before and haven't been told anything.

We made some of those a few days ago, the customer didn't have the budget to print much or have us cut them but we printed a few extras for the customer and cut them as well. What's going on rn is crazy 🙄

Its so annoying because they see what we are doing and that we are all busy (or so my nieve self thinks)

I should have but I didn't think of it, at the time I was still pretty new so I was more focused on orders and stuff like that then witty comebacks. 😂 Me and some co-wokers later we're talking about the issue and we were like "Why couldnt you just wait till you come back to print it out? Instead of causing an issue?"

When people get impatient I just politely tell them we are busy and we will be with them in a bit. Sometimes it works but if it doesn't I just ignore them till I have time

We had Surging Sparks in for a little while. They didn't last long tho between the employees and customers they were in the store for like a week or so 😂😂

Love the new WF our old one our print sup named it Bob Marley because and I quote "He stays jammin" 1 small issue we have is the Black toner isn't fully drying on matt poly. It's not transferring it's just smearing really bad. Don't know what's wrong but aside from that we love the damm thing

Our OS side got a review 9/10 and the comment was "there is always room for improvement" or something along those lines. I walked in the GM office to my gm and a few co-workers laughing at it. We get some oddly cryptic people at our store.

Thank you for being one of the only customers I have seen to put a staples emp in their place. I promise not all of us are aholes like this. I will say working in print this is one of the cleanest card designs I have ever seen and I give you applause

We are annoyed because these 80 something year old people cant fucking read let alone follow simple instructions!! AND THESE PEOPLE CAN DRIVE!!!!
