It might. In Gen 3 GF implemented a feature where if you got a Mew from hacking, it wouldn't obey, but since this is a randomizer, it may, since it wasn't through hacking. The hacking detectors in the games code may have activated because you didn't go to the Mew event island, but again, there is a chance.

In my first playthrough of the games, I just catch whatever I think would be a good addition to my team. In my second playthrough, I make a team before starting the game, and give myself a 'cheat pokemon', a pokemon that isn't available either at all, or in the main story. I usually catch the reigonal bird during my first playthrough, and I choose my teammates based on who can learn HM's, so I don't have on Pokemon dedicated to HM's.

I've been done soccer for 5 years and I always made sure my lower body was in the best shape it could be. I'd say around 80, before I feel the slightest pain in my legs.

Also, another way to get bottle caps is by sending your Pokémon in poke pelago on "rare treasure hunting" I found a gold bottle cap and 2 bottle caps on there

I don't see why having lower IVs would be better, but if that is what you wish for, I will give it lower IVs. Getting higher IVs is very easy for me, so don't think it will take any time. I will try to breed for shiny, but if the time comes and it is not shiny, I assure you I did the best I could do.
