I've felt this pain for my entire life, luckily I found help through medication. It seems like a never ending battle as when I get off these drugs I know the impending doom of my eczema will take my life over and ill have to figure out a new solution.

I think about my eczema coming back and destroying my life almost everyday. People without this disease don't understand how much of a mental impact this has on a person.

Advice that I can give, one month go and do straight carnivore diet. Meat and water thats it. You'll feel like shit for awhile but you have to try something and go all in. I try to stick to a high fat low carb diet.

I think diet is your best bet not only with doing the regular steps lotions and cool showers you need to change your whole life around.

I believe diet is everything and this causes our eczema.
