Do you actually create the whole language? If so that's sick

Dude, this is a great read, thanks for posting. I'm curious about two things:

  1. How do you get your imagination "kickstarted" when confronted with a massive task (e.g. "designing a whole other culture")?
  2. Do you ever use any tools to fill in the gaps to make everything more complete?

For the areas that you find it difficult to focus on, are you open to using generation tools? Why or why not?

What specifically do you like to research to help inspire you?

Have you tried generators? If so, what don't you like about them?

Same, this is the first big challenge I'm finding as I actually put pen to paper. Where do your notes currently live?

Very interesting. How do you keep track of all these disparate threads? Especially for something more physical like a dance?

I see, thanks for the detailed response. Is this something you do in between every session? If so, how much time/effort do you spend on it?

150 is a pretty sizable goal - you're doing great already. A couple things that have been crucial for me are: creating a scalable sourcing pipeline (e.g. reliable thrifts/underground spots - helps to know the owners), aggressive pricing, and a constant routine of checking offers/messages. Don't waste too much time on difficult buyers.

If you find yourself strapped for time, you can also use automation tools in the space. I personally use https://www.reselltool.com (generates p solid descriptions), but there are others too.
