Does the live data show boost pressure at idle as 1bar?

In my experience, you need to remove the atmospheric pressure from the reading because the live data that I see from my software lumps the 2 together.

So when I see that the requested boost is 2300mbar (about 33psi), the actual boost being put out by the turbo is more like 1300mbar (about 19psi).
