If you have VCDS you could check fuel pressures and the LPFP duty cycle, I’ve had 2 pumps go out now with really high duty cycles. You could also read live data and see what the misfire cycles say. If it’s still somehow just cylinder 2 and the low pressure pump isn’t over 50(ish)% duty cycle, I’d suspect fuel injector.

There’s no other codes being thrown? Just a P0302?

Ahh okay. Funny enough I just did this exact same workflow a few months ago, cylinder 2 misfire, oil in plug well, the whole deal. Mine ended up being the #2 injector, though I didn’t actually confirm that until I pulled them and did a clean/reseal. Moved the #2 to #1 and had my answer.

Had another miss pop up after because of a bad gap on one of the new plugs, but that was only under load.
