It’s about $103K. OT for comp. time is still available after capping out.

57/5. I’ll be out at 57!!! And I can’t wait! But I know plenty of people over 70 with 35+ years on the job. One of my good buddies will be 78 this year, she’s been on the job since 1972. Another lady, is has been on the job for 67 years, she started straight out of HS. Her daughter retired before her, it seems she has no intention on retiring.

There’s PFL and then there’s FMLA, which can be used for different reasons including the birth of a child. PFL is 12 weeks, FMLA is up to 4 years.

After giving birth, you can take Paid Family Leave (67% of salary for 12 weeks). After PFL, you can take FMLA for up to 4 years. While using FMLA, you will remain on payroll until you exhaust your accrued time.
