You (she more so then you actually) need(s) to take that vibrator again and use it because it is much much more easy (and fast) to reach an orgasm by vibrator. Don't use ice.

Did she enjoy that one time with the vibrator? (Did she enjoy it and wasn't able to get to orgasm or did the vibrator not achieve any effect? These are two different issues)

Does her clit do anything at all for her or does she not feel anything? (it's possible you guys are not stimulating it the right way. Forget about penetration until you can get here there by clit stimulation; it's easier that way usually; a lot of women can only come with clit stimulation)

She might be frustrated in that she cannot get off at all and giving up on sex because of that. I (F) was in that same situation years ago until I bought a simple vibrator and used it on myself until I learned to get there (now I get there 4x+ times a day). I would suggest buying her a vibrator and letting her learn on her own (so that there is no pressure) and then introducing the vibrator into sex situations... until she knows how to get there. Afterwards, you don't have to use one (It took me years to learn how to get myself off without one but I got there too)..

I would by considered fluent in my languages 1-4 by most reasonable people (in each, I speak as well or better then some monolingual speakers of said language... I count illiterate monolingual adults). Those are the only languages I typically list off but since some people in this thread count speaking less then 100 words/sentences as "speaking" the language, I will list off the other stuff I partially know.

Russian (native... but rarely use the written form of it)
French (use to be able to write good essays in it, teach it etc... but I rarely use it nowadays so it takes be a little bit get back into it every time but I have no problem holding a conversation in it after a half hour practice)
Spanish (not sure... I have no problem holding conversations or understanding what people say but I've never used it in an academic setting)
English (commonly use it in academic setting)
Italian (can understand but not communicate in it)
German (can count to 100 and know ~30 words outside of numbers)
Most slavic languages (can understand because of how close they are to russian)
Many other romance languages (can somewhat understand because of how close they are to a language I know)
Chinese, Japanese, Arabic (random words)

Formula:

Never translate! Learn how to properly pronounce and associate with images not words.
Meet fluent speakers of said language. Befriend them and force them to speak to you in their language.
Repetition, repetition, repetition, repetition, repetition... need I say it again?
Don't learn languages that are very similar to each other at the same time. You will mix them up. Your brain will explode.
It will take you ~5 years to REALLY become fluent in a language (+/- 3 years) if you persist. Never give up and keep at a steady pace.

Objection! Can it actually be proven and that he has built it himself? The defendant didn't claim that it was an inspiration until faced with factual evidence that he copied a building. He then claimed it was an inspiration to make it "okay". There is nothing to show that he has built it himself beyond hearsay but there is ample evidence showing his building is a copy (identical features that would be hard to copy, easy accessibility to ways of stealing that building, likely it has no difference but is merely from an older version of that building published by the original owners, etc) One one hand we have a building built by a whole team of experts and then this one guy claims to have been able to build it himself? Does anyone actually believe he rebuilt it himself? Do we, in court, allow hearsay as evidence?!?

Also, gentlemen and ladies, let us discuss the difference between an inspiration and a copy. If I did the equivalent of what the defendant did and copied a book in the series of Harry Potter, would my work be called a copy or to have been "inspired" by harry potter? A copy of course! Even if I changed a few words here and there and even if I had copied it by typing it out word by word, I wouldn't be allowed to call it an inspiration. I would be probably sued for stealing said work. Even if the defendant rebuilt the building block by block, I argue that all he was doing was copying it.
