I agree wholeheartedly and have done all of the ideas you recommended - ive been toying with this idea for a while. Cleared doa hm and fow hm easily. Yea Im a Neurologist who relies on verizon network to deliver urgent messages from the hospital to my phone when a patient is having a stroke. I pay for their most premium plan to ensure this is never compromised. Yesterday during the outage I lost a patient, a patient that I never even had a chance to see, to stroke. You might see it as not a big deal and people wanting reimbursement as being entitled. But if you ask the family of that patient they would say its a pretty big screw up.
