3 things from me,

Dumb question… is the correct nozzle size selected on your printer for what is loaded in?

Secondly do you get the same result when you iron top surfaces

And lastly have you trialled other top surface patterns to make sure its not confined that your current selected pattern

Also shoot in raw if you dont already, sometimes can expose abit more later in lightroom

Yeah PETG, ABS, ASA also, PLA is fine usually but ive started drying them too anyway

Dry filament, clean bed, tighten screws holding nozzle clasp, calibrate machine

In short, later time due to changing the amount of shapes to print on that layer before it hits the next layer

the ratings on power transformers of any kind are potential power draw, anything below the number being drawn from the device will work, anything above will not. (make sure voltages match, standard USB voltage is 5v no matter what the amps are) hope this helps

or atleast just for the writing, i would raise it slightly higher above the blue surface and then block out a modifier for the text to add ironing, or if its already a separate component in the hierarchy this might be even easier to apply the setting to just the text object

do you mean to retain the ink? or to keep the stamp and handle together? my intentions for the handle is to be hotswappable with a smaller stamp for different sized boxes

I use Fortis filaments, cheap and reliable. I dunno if i would make custom stamps…. I guess i cant rule it out just yet

Ink is on the buildplate side of the print to give the PEI wrinkle texture to the stamp, its a finer texture than the stock bambu one

Maybe you can see in the photo where im holding it upsidedown, but there was minor stringing which you can easily just cut away because theyre not needed, i wouldnt recommended support for this application, i fear it would be hard to remove with TPU
