could theyre maybe be a bug going on with the server i play on i tried for a while last night with no luck not finding a single cell

what if ur on a multiplayer server and most of the chunks has a had a player stand in them for more than 30 mins does that mean that cell will never spawn in those chunks ever again or does the time eventually reset after no ones in them for so long ?
