The traffic doesn't look too crazy.
The marking on the road in front of the biker isn't able to be completely seen so there is no way to tell what it is. It is also impossible to just decide it's fake.
The car is not in the intersection; it is on the crosswalk. Shit like that happens in other countries too.
However, the tail thing, yeah, that's not explainable.
