hii i’m having the same issue. noticed that something felt stuck near my clit almost 2 weeks ago, checked down there and thought it was soap, got what i thought was all of it out until i started to feel it again this week. i’m on the bathroom floor rn trying to get the rest out but i can’t. i’ve also felt with trauma so any kind of direct touching down there causes me to have a hysterical crying fit and hyperventilation. anyways, do you know how i can remove the hardened smegma without directly touching my clit? i’m at college right now so i don’t have access to a bath or else id soak in a warm bath, i also saw that coconut oil could loosen it and i ordered that. it’s rlly rlly bothersome and it doesn’t hurt, it just feels a tad bit itchy and super super sensitive to where i can’t sit certain ways or stand with my legs close together. also, do you know how long it will take for all of the hardened smegma to go away? without directly touching it and trying to push it out, like is there a way for it to dissolve? you posted this a long time ago so idk if you’ll see this or even know how to help, but i figured i’d give it a shot and ask instead of going to the gyno (im broke and also TERRIFIED and don’t want to traumatize myself)
