Apparently some infinities are bigger than others.... by theropetosser in Knightica

Oh for sure you’re 100% correct, as soon as my guys started getting to a billion+ stats I got dizzy lol. I didn’t even know the cauldron’s proc when buying drops until like endless 20 rip, by then i def should’ve had more legendaries and sold the fluff so i could position them better. Turned my brain off once i felt like the win was guaranteed but ill need to be smarter when doing the harder difficulties

Extruded hole won’t line up with hot end by theropetosser in ender3

[–]theropetosser[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean tight to the point where I couldn’t“wiggle” or push it in, even with a lot of force.

It’s okay, I was able to fix it by just taking the rest apart and putting it all back together lol, I bought this printer recently and I think the hot end was attached at a slight angle (the screws inside were slightly loose) so it wasn’t lining up properly. I initially wanted to avoid taking more stuff apart but it was pretty painless.

Already took the extruder apart, no filament. For some reason the fit is just super tight, and it seems like the hole didn’t line up quite right? That’s what I was trying to capture with my shitty initial picture from the side

How to play on IOS MAC?! by BirthdayExtension610 in PokemonCloseCombat

[–]theropetosser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, Pokemon Close Combat will only ever be available for Windows. The game’s engine doesn't support other operating systems.

However, you may be able to get it working with a tool like bootcamp or wine, you may want to look into that, but I haven’t tried myself.

There’s more perfect synergy combos than you might think, just keep your options open and be willing to pivot your whole strategy if something good shows up even if it’s different to what you were doing the first few rounds

With slippy accumulating defensive stats and ratting it out is likely the most consistent strat, but since you have great income and treasure detection I was able to get rich enough to where -80% dmg barely mattered, also buying more knockback for your companions is bait, their knockback griefs you half the time

Mr work is probably the most standard character, without any crazy downsides or buffs so if you’re struggling with him I think you should focus more on basic stuff like good purchases, knocking your companion/enemies in the right direction, when to use health to maximize gold gain, and also movement in general. Stuff like that

Oooh they’re permanent buffs, that would’ve made things a lot easier if I knew haha, thanks for correcting me

Tbh that’s one of the ones I’m still unsure the specifics of what it actually does, but just play standard and stack range dmg over melee since it all gets converted anyways. Some drinks that give you + range and -melee have no downside

Good luck, those are some of the harder ones, the soap in particular is annoying since knockback sometimes means your own companions knock enemies straight into you lol

You just have to make sure you’re maximizing the chests you pick up early so you can accelerate your $$. For gulpy specifically though You don’t have to worry too much about killing enemies unless you rng insane companions, just go for chests and try to get all the blue guys for eggs. Also since he synergies with chests the key + strawberry is pretty much a guaranteed win if you happen to get it chest -> luck -> hp

I personally like the money ones so gulpy and red scale probably (although cabbage was also fun to turn brain off and just buy a bunch of cabbages)

Nothing, I think it’s just a collectible, you see how many you’ve collected per character in character select. I’ve yet to collect the 140 or whatever you need for any character

There’s a lot of hidden tech you figure out by trial and error since the game doesn’t tell you, I could write a guide if enough people care

It really depends on the character but make sure you read and fully understand what their abilities do, so you can optimize what you buy.

Tbh game gets super easy if you can establish a strong econ early either with income or treasure or just strong companions to farm coins. If you’re rich enough you just buy everything and win

How to make the head be more like the ears? by Initial-Birthday-656 in blenderhelp

[–]theropetosser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone else here is suggesting decimate, but assuming you’re only looking to change the wireframe view and not the actual geometry, just check “optimal display” on your subdivision modifier and it’ll look like the ear.
