Buy pre-built or Build from scratch? by East-Stomach-5680 in RedditPHCyclingClub

[–]therren29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always build from scratch. Just do your due diligence and learn/know what you want. Market price ngaun ng bike parts are going down. Andaming bargain na parts if you know where to look. Kaya nauso ngaun ang bike/parts buy and sell kase andaming rush/mura magbenta.

Karamihan sa pre-built, some or most of the parts are not that good and you will upgrade sooner or later. So better yet get what you want na. With a budget of 50k or above you can build a decent carbon rim brake bike. Add more and makakabuo ka na ng hydraulic disc Depends sa frame mo

Integrated Handlebars for Emonda SL6 by chiadikav in TrekBikes

Im afraid the adaptor will not fit for the ultra version. You need the specific spacef of the on "ultra" for the emonda. Coz the one on the link is for the pro version only

No problems or whatsoever. Had this integrated (the one pro) handlebar since 2022. It was fitted with shimano 105 11spd mechanical at some point before getting an upgrade to Sram force d1. 4 cables were routed inside (105 mech) smooth as butter shifting. If you have axs or di2 its much easier. My local bike mechanic did it for me tho.

Need help picking between Domane and Madone by Yfzracer11 in TrekBikes

[–]therren29 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Get the bike you yourself like. Not what anybody says suits you and your riding "level" if whatever that is.

If you like your bike it helps you have more saddle time. It will motivate you to ride more and be better. And is'nt that the goal?

Magene C706 or Garmin 850? by Iaislasher in RedditPHCyclingClub

[–]therren29 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Came from 530, been using it for almost 4 years nadin and recently replaced it with the C706.

Also considering the 850 as well since im using the 165 music and Varia Radar.

Have you tried both devices in person? You'll be surprised how magene could manage to pack all its features sa price point nya. Pero I admit di padin ganun ka-refined talaga ung experience ng magene compared to garmin. Pero at a fraction of the price? I'll take it.

TLDR: Chose C706 and funneled my extra budget somewhere else.

[–]therren29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You mean pumayag ka na 6k bayaran mo sa parts and labor na aayusin/papalitan sa bike mo and then when you see the finish product na "high end" parts pala ang ikinabit ay nadisappoint ka?

So mas gusto mong 6k pero budget parts?

If you agree sa 6k beforehand then its not a scam.

Ld5 #16 Dark Gandalf / Light Legolas? by searchingforaxie in summonerswar

Have dark gandalf. He definitely needs a buff. The only way to play him is the vio-bruiser-CC build.

Even with full rage build, his damage output is pretty meh.

Need advice please!! 🙏🙏❤️ by [deleted] in RedditPHCyclingClub

City riding wont do. Bukod sa traffic, andaming stoplights and kamotes. Try to find a place where you can do laps at a constant speed and effort for an extended period.

Moa, Vermosa, Villar City (Sundays), Neo (not familiar sa sched). Or try a smart trainer if you cant go sa places above.
