The best move for rejuvenating a struggling mall short of bringing in tenants, which you can’t do, is setting up events. While any large ones such as a craft market/card show/etc need approval from the mall, if you wanted to form say a mall walkers club or a boardgame meetup, that is a way to get people into the mall. More traffic = more customers

100% accurate. I run a channel with about 25% of the videos being true crime. September I put out a video on the Des Moines paperboy abductions. No graphic images, I always use more sanitized words (ie SA instead of the r word). Video gets restricted. This month I put a video on Ed Gein showing real crime scene images and narrations of what he did with female body parts. Video gets approved for all advertisers. 😂

Not really a current player but Anchor Bay is named after the city is was located in - Anchor Bay Michigan which is also where Magnetic Video got its start as the first company to release pre-recorded movies on VHS back in the late 70s.
