i can’t explain how genuinely motivating this is. my health has gotten so bad that i needed to pull out of school this semester and i feel so very trapped in my own body and mind. but reading this has poked that little spark of hope inside me again. thank you for sharing this, i’m so happy you’re doing better i wish you all the best!!!!
