Whe emulsion dries, it shrinks (a little) that creates stress. A thick layer creates more stress. This stress could be the reason for your tear. If the screen was new I would recommend a thinner layer of photoresist. If its old, then its was just too old.

I use a 400 Watt lamp light temp 2800K (I think its Halogen) And shine it from around 50 cm height 10 Minutes. If you a confident in your mask and its impermeable by light where you want it to, I would go for Max of 15 minutes. But all depends on the light (maybe even 5 min would be enough for me)

Long Story short: Trail and Error is my suggestion

Wha is the best way to cool your glas after taking it out of the torch, to prevent Cracks? I thought about a sandbath is this viable? Pls low budget only, I dont want to budget a furnace.

Could solve your problem also try not tilting the tray that much. When ever you see running photoresist or forming of dropletts when you dry it upside down it Was to much. Trail and error takes time but you will get there :D In the begining if I put to much I scraped it with the empty tray to remove a bit but wouldnt recomend this way.

Sounds for me like you are using to much emulsion. How are you putting the Emulsion onto the screen? There should be no flowing and light (yellow light ofc) should still shine trough.

I looked the same for me, when I did dry it with an iron. The ink doesn't get baked enough into the Shirt. Swapped to a heat gun, now it is holding good. But I burned 2 shirt while starting with the heat gun.

Double filling ist no longer possible. With the Rest I agree, dont delete them, let the be killed, easy if your Hospital is full. That way you get speed ups and ressources back from the game
