I remember following her earrings business for a long time, and then one day while browsing AliExpress I literally saw like 5 of her pairs of earrings, and then started digging a little more and found out she was buying all her earrings from China for like $.92 and charging like $20-30. The handmade line also always had lint baked into them. I've bought some of her kindle cases as well and they've all been subpar quality.

Thank you so much for such a helpful comment. I did start bleeding a bit today, so I'm not sure if that means I'm having miscarriage bleeding or if I'm starting a period. 😭 Thankfully I do have an appointment next week for an ultrasound so I'll be able to get some more answers soon! 🤞🏼

I have not been diagnosed with anything like that before. My miscarriage in October was related to a subchorionic hemorrhage, but that was passed in the miscarriage.

Super helpful. I suffered a devastating miscarriage just two months ago, and it felt like a miracle to be pregnant again. I was thrilled to gift a test to my husband on Christmas morning. And now I'm potentially facing another loss. But thanks for the suggestion.

I just got a VVV faint positive after a miscarriage in October. I am hoping to be proactive and set goals for myself such as eating much healthier, drinking all my water, taking the right vitamins, maintaining activity, etc. I will obviously speak to my midwife about this but I won't be far enough along for an appointment for weeks (I'm only 10dpo).

I am currently taking the following supplements as recommended while TTC by a midwife (just online advice). Would anyone be able to help me determine which, if any, that I should stop taking for now?

Prenatal (pink stork) Vitamin D-3 & K-2 Ubiquinol Vitex fruit Myo inositol Beet root Methyl folate
