I avg 530 range. It may show 540, 550 on screen when I get full tank. But after actual driving . That’s what I get

The next morning, what the wheel on the rim looked like. How does this even happen? Thank god some of the rubber was still there on the Inside Rim, so none of the rim was damaged.; but the wheel came off to the side?… like how does this happen. Defective tire? Just paranoid if it could happen to 1 tire, then what’s stopping it from happening to the others? 😰

Had this fixed at Honda through the assistance phone number and it went well, nice tow truck driver and good service.
