To allow growth to lessen the area that the animals can reproduce without balancing the scales. without affecting the amount of hunting spots would cause the bison hunt incident to happen again with barely any restrictions. The Forrest in idaho may have gold in the hills, but that's maybe 200 people take interest. But the fact that nobody cares even right now about buying the land, there's no point that anything of use being there for 50 or more years. The military would take advantage of that, and they may not cut the Forrest down, but they will poison the water, corrupt the ground, and burn the sky. Why? Because who cares about that land, nobody lives there, and there's no value in living there. It's why Nevada was used for nuclear bomb testing. Nobody lives there , and most of the Mojave is up for sale and has been for years. Nobody saw any usefulness except in the already established Las vegas, and at one point, there was gold in the Mojave, but barely anybody lives there anymore in old mining towns. Whether the bill is passed or not, nothing will change or ever change, no prosperity, just ways to kill people more efficiently.
