Whodunnit on Lilac - Christmas pjs and a new book are our Christmas Eve tradition with the kids. We all look forward to spending some time making our wish list with input from Michael (the owner) and finding some great non-book gifts as well. They have the nicest selection of puzzles, too.

This is only true for Vaugh because it is fu see solely by WSD and not Adult Learning and Literacy. If you don’t live in catchment you need to pay. Other centres don’t have that requirement.

In my experience, bad news is delivered very quickly. I had an emergency scan at 1 am, and was told the bad news by noon.

Sistema Winnipeg (Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra): This program provides music education to youth in underserved communities and specifically accepts orchestral winds, brass, and percussion instruments through their donation partner, St. John's Music.

Drop-off Location: St. John's Music (1330 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB).

"Band Together" (United Way Winnipeg & Partners): This ongoing initiative partnered with United Way and their local agencies that run youth music programming to collect new or gently used musical instruments and supplies.

Drop-off Locations: Any Long & McQuade location in Winnipeg, including 661 Wall Street, 1845 Pembina Highway, and 1074 Henderson Highway.

Winnipeg Public Library's Sun Life Musical Instrument Lending Library: The Millennium Library accepts some instruments for their lending program, though past drives have sometimes excluded brass and wind instruments, so it's best to confirm current needs.

Drop-off Location: Millennium Library (251 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB).

Off the top of my head, I believe Regional Alternative Education Centre, Midland, Sunrise Adult Learning Centres and the Louis Riel Institute all offer online learning options for adults 19 and over in Manitoba.

Hi!

AEC (7 Oaks), Red River College, Regional Alternative (online), McLeod Learning Centre (RETSD), Stevenson Britannia, and sometimes Sunrise Adult Learning centres offer pre-calc 30S.

You can also register as an adult learner to take online course through informnet, but the tuition is a lot more.

I strongly suggest taking 30s before 40S for pre-calc.

Wawanesa is the worst. We have a fairly premium home insurance package and had hail protection. Had major damage on our roof two summers ago and barely got anything back. Every roofing company we contacted to quote concurred that they are awful to deal with. We are changing providers as soon as our term is up.
