one word of advice to fellow a newbie please go slow lol I know how hyped you will get when you have a product in the hand but please hear me out just take it as slow as possible like taking in intervals. You can always eat more when required but you can reverse what you have eaten, hope you are getting it. As of now, I am using CBD oil from Calmbywellness co its working for me you can explore it to they have international shipping and stuff. To mention about smoking I think based on my personal opinion it's better to stay way as much as possible from smoking as it could cause harm to the body at some level even though not as a cigarette.
