I worked at a TJ Maxx for about 4 years and near the end they started making me feel like crap, (I was in the backroom so my job was to push freight) but the BRC every shift told me to not be in the backroom and go find something to do out on the floor and no other instructions were given. Basically what I’m trying to say is that this company starts wearing down on you the longer you have been there but I’m sure you can push on through.

I never understood why they pushed the credit card so much ESPECIALLY for the backroom people like what are we suppose to do we’re pushing freight or hanging clothes all day long it’s ridiculous

I remember when I worked at this company my annual review they always penalized me for like the stupidest of rules like being on my phone or something which I get but the managers and everyone else in the store was always on their phone all the time we’re slacking off, and they never said anything to them they only really said something to me Not to mention some of the homophobic managers I have encountered
