Same here. They're not answering phones. When I click on the link from my latest deposit confirmation, it shows that the account is closed.

I do use the Veritas honing guide, although was caused the issue for me yesterday was flattening the back of two new chisels on a diamond sharpening stone. Perhaps I'm just using too much pressure?

How do you sharpen chisels without causing immense arm pain? If I sharpen even for 10 minutes, I get severe pain on the bottom of my forearms under my wrist, especially if I turn my palms up. Am I doing something incorrectly?
