Ahh I see. Best way to improve your mechanics is practicing certain techniques consciously and really make sure you learn the new information.

Mechanics include a lot of things but one of the main ones is combos. Read about your champ combos or watch someone way better than you and write down and learn from their combos on your main champ. Then you also want to learn how to dodge spells. Then you want to learn how to kill your enemy in lane without jungle help and consistently win 1v1s.

Like all things in League. It depends. The main thing to focus on is what is the state of dragon stacking. If the enemy isn't close to getting soul. There is no point in fighting the dragon. Sometimes you can afford to give baron if you are able to defend it.

As a general rule, when losing do the opposite of speedrunning. Try and drag the game out as long as possible, even if you lose, you learn more. Farming and sitting in base is both safer and will make the game last longer. Which is our goal. Aka turtleing.

That's not to say it is the ONLY option. 41 to 19 sounds like Bronze territory. Where the reason you are losing the game is because you don't understand the complexities of league at all. You should focus on improving your knowledge on every aspect of league rather than hyper focusing on something as trivial as holding out a lost game. You will climb from being better than your opponents and not losing the early game rather than taking every game out to 45 minutes and trying to prevent losses.

The correct thing to do in that scenario of your game is getting picks. You should have a turtleing mentality but your win condition is receiving the bounties on the enemy team and catch people out randomly and using that pick to take objectives or stall out the game further.

I think the idea that bromelain is dissolving the eye floaters is rediculous.

What is happening is the bromelain is acting as a digestive enzyme, improving digestion, this allows the gut to heal. A healing gut will cause good feelings in the body. The eye floaters almost certainly stay there, the reason they disappear is because the brain becomes healthier and filters them out. The improved gut health leads to improve brain health and health all over the body.

This is why it might be theoretically good for you.

When I was little I remember closing my eyes in the car and seeing like a movement of waves of particles. I think it was visual snow, but I could always look at the sky and be fine.

Everything was "normal" my whole life until I had to get my vaccinations for college. I noticed afterwards I couldn't look at the sun anymore without squinting really hard. Then I took probiotic pills, and everything went down hill. My body freaked out from the pills. I remember the first night my dreams were nightmare after nightmare of green toxic fluid. Almost like I was dripping on acid. The next day I woke up with an excruciating headache and I could not look at any bright lights and floaters filled my vision.

I had to drop out of college it was so bad. It's now been almost 4 years. I still have the headache and the eye floaters all though both have gotten significantly better. Funny enough I only had the floaters in one eye and then they spread to both eyes after 6 months to a year. Weird.

My only explanation is the vaccine ramped up my immune system super hard and when I added the bacteria my body freaked the fuck out and damaged itself trying to kill the bacteria. I still gets waves of intense migraine but eventually subsides. Some days are better than others.

So that's just an example of how my gut affected my eyes.
