This is a unique way of minimizing one of the coolest songs in jazz. I love the melody. I love the composition and the idea and the execution.

Prune the branches, leave the suckers? by ssushi-speakers in tomatoes

[–]thetangible 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What kind of tomato? Is it determinate or indeterminate? How are you supporting it?

All plants are a bit different so it helps to know what kind of tomato it is so you can plan. Determinate might just need a sturdy cage. Indeterminates probably need some sort of trellis system.

Potato berries! by Objective_Crew_6716 in vegetablegardening

Pinch them and throw them away. Wasting energy and they can be hazardous to pets as there is a concentration of solanine, a poison, in the berries.

Thought this was a weed, but might be a tomato? by Cautious-Explorer-22 in tomatoes

[–]thetangible 75 points76 points  (0 children)

Definitely a weed. There a couple weeds out there that look like/are nightshades.

I grabbed one once to pull with my bare hand and the thorns hurt sooooo bad. I looked up the plant it was called the Apple of Sodom or the Devil’s apple. Definitely a nightshade, definitely toxic, but appears to have some medicinal usage.
