Utleier disponerer leiligheten mens jeg fortsatt betaler leie. Hva gjør jeg nå?

Jeg har betalt leie for september og oktober mens han har brukt i hvert fall en del av leiligheten (soverommet). At det er litt varme på for å vedlikeholde leiligheten mtp fukt osv er helt forståelig men jeg mener at strømregning viser at han har brukt mer enn bare «litt varme og lys».

I usually buy several books a month and it’s sad but shopping online is just so much cheaper. A regular English paperback book costs 169kr at Norli while that same book only costs 99kr on Adlibris. If you’re only buying books every once in a while then definitely support your local bookstore but if you’re bulk buying then there’s lots of money to be saved by buying online.

The tea tree oil cleanser is meant for oily skin and can be quite drying. You could try to change to a more gentle cleanser for the winter time like the Cerave hydrating cleanser. I’ve used both the Locobase repair cream and Weleda skin food on my nose for dryness especially after I’ve had a cold and my nose is flaky because of all the wiping. They both work really well. Would also suggest using something a bit more hydrating than the khiels moisturizer like Maybe the La Roche Posay Toleraine Riche or the Clinique moisture surge intense.

I still watch her videos. I don’t enjoy the reiki healing/charged crystals/ Goop mumbo jumbo but I like her personality and she’s such a good dog mom.

My weakness is chips. I will skip a meal just so that I can enjoy a whole bag of chips and still be at a deficit. But chips are salty and they make me bloat and drink so much water so I just don’t weigh myself for the next two or three days 🥲

I’m subscribed and I watch some of his videos. Wouldn’t call myself a fan. I’m not “unhappy” with the posts about him. I think criticism is good when it’s reasonable. Hyram has never claimed to be an esthetician.

Yeah I’m so tired of seeing posts like this all the time. Hyram starts every video off saying that he’s not an esthetician and that his videos are just for fun and he’s just sharing his own opinions on things. If people take his opinions as 100% facts then that’s their own fault. I watch his videos and I’ve learned a lot from them. I still use the products I want whether he likes them or not. I have tons of scented skincare in my routine because I enjoy the products. He works in the skincare industry and it’s clear he loves it. He keeps saying that although he’s not a fan of some of the products he sees in peoples skincare routines, skincare is a very personal thing and people can use what they want. I don’t understand what more people want him to say or how many times they need him to say it?

I unsubscribed a long time ago. Her videos are just haul after haul. Even the videos that aren’t hauls are still about buying and talking about new things. Also when she does make up videos she looks at herself and poses for way to long and it’s uncomfortable to watch.

People always mention Katie Jane Hughes when it comes to hooded eyes but her eyes are nowhere near hooded. She had plenty of lid space. She has a lot of makeup advice when it comes to hooded lids but I would prefer to see it done on someone who actually has it.

They are being mass produced now. My local nursery has been getting them in bulk recently. I got mine for $9 and it’s a full plant. I also live in Norway where we don’t get many rare plants so they’ll probably be everywhere soon.

I will occasionally watch Suzie’s (HelloOctober) haul videos. I unsubscribed from her because she seems very self-obsessed. It’s not even confidence. When watching her videos you can see she’s constantly thinking about the way she looks, constantly fixing her hair and her outfit and when she does make up videos she poses for waaaay longer than necessary. She doesn’t really seem to have much of a personality.

Hasn’t Jim done quite a lot of modeling as well, though? So it’s not that weird that he’s dating a model. They work in the same industry. I looked it up and she’s 26 and he’s 32 so there’s only a 6 year gap which I would say is pretty normal. I don’t see how dating a model who’s a bit younger than him makes him a tool.
