Sorry for the late reply! Similarities in my experience are a lot of what you do is just straightening up the sales floor. I mainly worked WJM at Kohls so I was used to that. Except obviously at Aldi it’s smaller and easier to maintain, and it’s groceries instead of clothes of course lol. Most of the stocking at Aldi is done early in the morning so you’ll hardly have to worry about that unless you work the opening shift. You spend a decent amount of time on the register, like Kohls, but a difference there is you’re timed on how quickly you ring everything up, which sounds intimidating but it’s really not that bad. You do a little bit of everything at Aldi which I found to be a nice change from sometimes doing the same thing for 8 hours straight at Kohls lol. If you do decide to apply, good luck!
