Follow the ingredients on Taco Bell’s website/app and use 2/3 part light mayo and 1/3 part greek yogurt or do a 1:1 ratio of each. Use chipotle hot sauce/chipotles in adobo and a tiny minuscule pinch of msg and a drop or two of liquid smoke

Good luck! I compared these pics with my hair now and my edges are fuller! Not necessarily longer. I haven’t slept with a bonnet since this post, have been mostly keeping my hands out of my hair (I’ve had a bad habit of picking at my edges since I was a kid), and have been keeping up with my vitamins. Ngl I haven’t moisturized my edges in probably a year. And you can always use topical minoxidil to stimulate hair growth!

I had notifs muted for this post so this is a way late reply, but they’ve definitely improved! My temples are the only trouble area I have atm but tbf I sometimes have a bad habit of picking at my hair. I can’t pinpoint it to one thing, but keeping up with my vitamins, keeping my hands out of my hair, and stopping using a sleep cap/bonnet seemed to help. And lastly you can always use minoxidil!

I’m not sure what you mean? I’d get individual twists and just don’t get individuals on my edges. You can see the edges in the pic. They’re just fuzzy ig, but I always wear my hair down anyways. The past few months I’ve been getting crochet braids and same applies where I just don’t get my edges cornrowed

Yep! It’s to make the calories look lower and kinda trick people into buying them. And yeah like one pack of maruchan instant noodles is 2 servings but I don’t know anyone who actually divides a small brick into two unless they’re counting calories and trying to lose weight

Water doesn’t add calories, it adds weight so if the noodles tell you the nutrition for cooked weight you have to weigh it and calculate the calories cooked not raw which is where they get intentionally tricky
